‘Schouwenoord’ is a renovation project in the historical town centre of Zierikzee. The large, already-existing sheltered accommodation unit with 24 residents with a learning disability has been converted into an assisted living centre with 12 apartments linked together around an intimate courtyard. The communal health care facilities provided by ’t Gors are now housed in the monumental villa ‘Huize Schouwenoord’.
