The hospital in Alphen aan de Rijn is part of Rijnland Zorggroep and consists of a hospital for elective health care and a ward for long-term care.
There is also a health care boulevard that includes:
- an outpatient rehabilitation centre for adults from the Rijnlands Rehabilitation Centre;
- outpatient care and a Rijnland Hospital short stay ward (40 beds);
- somatic care (70 beds) at the Oudshoorn Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Centre.
The project also includes a multi-storey car park for 230 vehicles.
